On Extremis: Drop Ride to Doom, visitors will stare death in the face as they embark upon the last journey of the London Dungeon tour, enduring a sudden drop which plunges them into darkness. With Extremis being Latin for ‘in the last pains, at the very point of death’, the new ride is a perfect fit with the Dungeon’s macabre interactive mix of live actors, shows and special effects that bring Britain’s most horrible history back to life.
