The Silver Clef Awards 2008
The 33rd Silver Clef Awards took place on Friday 4th July 2008 at London's Park Lane Hilton.
This prestigious and star-studded annual charity event is held annually in aid of
Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy, the chosen charity of the UK music industry. Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy is the largest music therapy charity in the UK, undertaking over 30,000 sessions annually with children and adults.
Brian Dowling hosted this year’s lunch, which saw eight honorary awards, presented through the afternoon, culminating with coveted O2 Silver Clef Award which this year went to British rock legends,
Oasis, presented by World boxing champion,
Ricky ‘The Hitman’ Hatton.
