Mojo Honours List 2009

ON JUNE 11, a small army of hot new talent, current stars and bona fide music legends graced the stage at the annual MOJO Honours List awards ceremony.

Now in its sixth year, the Honours List has seen the likes of James Brown, Arthur Lee, The Who, Noel Gallagher, Led Zeppelin, Lemmy, Morrissey, Marianne Faithfull, Judy Collins, The Clash and The Stooges (to name but a few) join forces to celebrate great music in all its grand forms.

Leading the pack with three nominations are Seattle's celestial folkniks Fleet Foxes, with Kings Of Leon, Elbow and Paul Weller picking up two nods a-piece.
