Pop princess Kylie Minogue, 35, was in Covent Garden yesterday to promote tropical holidays for British Airways. A make-shift beach was revealed in Covent Garden square complete with palm trees, sand, sun loungers and bikini clad models.
British Airways are hoping that Kylie will prompt British people to travel to more exotic locations for their summer holidays.
It is the latest in a long line of endorsements for the aussie singer who also promotes Evian, Ford Street Ka, Eurostar and Pepsi.
Meanwhile, Kylie is in the studio working on her as yet untitled 9th studio album which is due out next year. She has already teamed up with legendary dance producer Curtis Mantronik whilst she was in LA earlier this year. She has recorded 3 - 4 tracks with him, which he describes as "funky as hell". She is also rumoured to be working with the Pet Shop Boys.
