The Make-A-Wish Valentine's Ball
Celebrities converged on the stylish Dorchester Hotel in London’s Park Lane, to enjoy a happy evening with Champagne, cocktails, dinner and superb entertainment, which included a live band and two dance groups. The evening culminated in a performance by the West End production of the hit musical The Bodyguard, in which the cast sang many of the songs.
The Ball raised £190,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which grants magical wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions.
Among the celebrities welcomed by Make-A-Wish Chief Executive Neil Jones for gallantly supporting the cause, and enjoying the fine dining by Executive Chef Henry Brosi, were the One Hyde Park property developer Nick Candy with his glamorous actress wife Holly Valance. Kevin Sacre with his wife Camilla Dallerup, Hayley Tamaddon, Daniel Brocklebank, Jill Halfpenny and Sam Kane with his wife Linda Lusardi, Amy Childs escorted by David Peters, Dan Lobb and Richard Arnold joined guests for the Ball.
