Doctor Who actor Arthur Darvill has reportedly been added to the cast of the upcoming Arrow and Flash spinoff for The CW, as DC Comics time-travelling superhero Rip Hunter.

Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams is to appear in the upcoming ninth series of Doctor Who.

Harrison Ford has been released from hospital following a small plane crash in Los Angeles at the beginning of March. 

Disney is working on a live-action adaptation of Mulan, with We’re The Millers producers Chris Bender and JC Spink attached to the project.

Neighbours actor Mark Little is to star in the stage adaptation of Rocky Horror Picture Show sequel Shock Treatment.

Moonpig.com creator Nick Jenkins, global clothing manufacturer and serial retail entrepreneur Touker Suleyman, and global restaurant entrepreneur Sarah Willingham will start filming next week.

Asif Kapadia's documentary ‘Amy’, about Amy Winehouse will be released in UK cinemas this July.

Ugly Betty star America Ferrera will return to TV for the new NBC comedy pilot Superstore.

Once Upon a Time actor Robbie Kay has reportedly been cast in the Heroes spinoff Heroes Reborn.

Rupert Graves has reportedly been cast as the lead role in a currently untitled ABC drama pilot, alongside Joan Allen and Liam James.

Clint Eastwood is headlining the Filmmaker’s Lunch at this year’s CinemaCon, where he will reportedly be honoured for his work on 2014's Oscar nominated film, American Sniper.

Kanye West is announced as one of the headliners at this year’s Glastonbury Festival in June. 

Sherlock co-creator Steven Moffat has confirmed that the upcoming one-off 90-minute Sherlock special will be set in Victorian London, and is entirely separate from other upcoming instalments. 

Disney has confirmed the live action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast will be released on March 17 2017.

Paolo Nutini will headline The Eden Project in Cornwall on June 12 and Castlefield Bowl in Manchester on July 2 as part of the Summer In The City series.

Matt Bomer and Cheyenne Jackson have joined the cast of American Horror Story: Hotel.
