Former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison was crowned the winner of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here this weekend. 

The Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Wood is set to become a father again at the age of 68. A spokesperson for the band has confirmed that he and his third wife Sally are expecting twins in June 2016.


The Fault in Our Stars and the Divergent Series star Shailene Woodley is reportedly joining the cast of HBO’s comedy series Big Little Lies alongside the likes of Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon.

The Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson has reportedly been cast in The Disaster Artist, director-star James Franco’s new movie about the making of the 2003 cult film The Room, which is regarded as one of the worst films ever made.

A rare butterfly species has been named after Sir David Attenborough. A newly-discovered black-eyed satyr has been given the official name 'Euptychia attenboroughi'.

ITV has ordered a new eight-part period drama called The Halcyon, set in a glamorous five star hotel at the centre of London society during the second world war.

E4 has given the go-ahead for a second series of Michaela Coel’s comedy series Chewing Gum.

Adele's new album 25 is officially the UK's biggest no.1 album ever, having sold more than the last 19 number one albums combined.

Taylor Swift has donated $50,000 (£33,000) to the Seattle Symphony Orchestra.

Coldplay will headline the half-time show for Super Bowl 50, with reports that Beyoncé will also perform.

ITV have announced that Lady Colin Campbell has left the I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! jungle due to medical reasons.

Sopranos actor John ‘Cha Cha’ Ciacia has sadly passed away at the age of 75 following a short illness. 

Adele, Ed Sheeran, Lionel Richie and Taylor Swift are among the names short listed for the 2016 BBC Music Award. Fearne Cotton and Chris Evans will host the awards night at Birmingham’s Genting Arena on December 10.

BBC One has confirmed this year’s Doctor Who Christmas Special will air at 5:15pm on Christmas Day.

Alan Partridge is to co-host the TFI Friday Christmas special alongside Chris Evans on December 18, which will air on Channel 4. 

Olly Murs has confirmed the next single from his new album Never Been Better will be ‘Stevie Knows’.

After a year on the show, Kyle Christie has announced he is leaving Geordie Shore to support his terminally ill Grandfather and his family.
