Following their Top 10 smash ‘Knockout‘ the cheeky fivesome are back with their stunning second single ‘Give Me A Reason‘ out July 14th.

‘Give Me A Reason‘ with it‘s funky guitar riffs, bangin beats and catchy chorus won‘t disappoint fans.  Staying true to the Triple Eight sound, Sparx explains "It‘s raw, street and in yer-face."

‘Give Me A Reason‘ produced by David Eriksen (Murlyn) is the second track to be taken from their forthcoming debut album ‘Heavy W8‘.

Nominated for The Box‘s Best New Band Award, the band performed three dates on the recent Box Tour: 25th May, Liverpool Empire, 26th May, Glasgow Auditorium and 1st June, Cardiff International Arena.

Triple Eight are intent on world domination.  "It‘s like when you leave London and go into the country," explains Josh, "You get off the train and take your first breath of air.  And then you realise just how much you‘ve got used to pollution.  We‘re the breath of fresh air."

Having decided on their name after spotting it on an airport billboard - meaning ‘Good luck‘ in Chinese - Triple Eight are now ready.  And the rest of planet pop will know it soon enough. "We‘re not going to be sitting there going ‘Well, number 15 is great, thanks for your support," Sparx states. As David explains, "we want a Number One single. Of course we do. It‘s bollocks when people say they‘re happy with second best."

Some bands come along and do quite well, but Triple Eight don‘t want to stop there.  According to the band this is about domination, evolution and redefining pop itself. After six years, Triple Eight are ready to blow up. 2003 should be their year.
