Celebrities Worldwide is tipping lovely Lara as "The New Ulrika (Jonsson)". She can currently be seen every weekday on Five presenting the weather.
Lara has appeared on various shows including Channel Four‘s "The Eleven O‘clock Show", BBC2‘s "Newsnight", Channel Four‘s "Rise", Five‘s "Live with Christian O‘Connell", ITV‘s "The Impressionable Jon Culshaw", ITV‘s "This Morning", Channel Four‘s "The Big Breakfast", and has acted alongside Paul Whitehouse in BBC comedy, "Happiness".
Lara started out in television working behind the scenes, in jobs on various news, factual and entertainment programmes.
Along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Drama, Lara is a NCTJ (National Council for the Training of Journalists ) trained journalist. She has interviewed celebrities including Jerry Springer, Richard Branson, Jonathan Ross, Atomic Kitten and Liberty X. She has worked on the BBC‘s Liquid News, many star- studded events and produced and presented showbiz news for BBCi.
