London based jewellery maker Gaby Gassner has won a host of admirers for her eye catching work after launching her first designs in Autumn 2010.
Her aim is to create “affordable and long lasting pieces which glam up any casual look in an instant.”
Gaby’s beautifully handcrafted bracelets and necklaces use Czech glass beads, semi-precious stones and sterling silver, vermeil or gold filled clasps.
Her early career revolved around photography – first as a printer and then as a photographic producer. After training in photographic printing in Germany, Gaby moved to London in 1992, and spent four years working with renowned printer Roy Snell.
She subsequently joined Metro Art's team of specialist printers between 1997 and 1999 undertaking a number of high profile commissions, including photographer David Bailey's exhibition and book “Birth of the Cool.”
