What is coming up in Modern Family?

Ones To Watch

After a sensational awards season, Sky 1 have announced that Modern Family will be returning to British screens with the second half of Season Four.

The New addition
In the first half of the season, we saw Gloria (Sofia Vergara) struggling with compromising her fashion sense for her surprise pregnancy with Jay (Ed O’Neill).

So, its safe to assume that the due date is fast approaching, but whose birthday party gets interrupted by the Columbian fire-cracker going into labour?

The return or Julianna and Clive
Valentine’s Day may have come and gone in our 2013 Calendars, but not for couples Jay & Gloria, Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) & Cameron (Eric Stonestreet), and most importantly, Phil (Ty Burrell) & Claire (Julie Bowen).

As fans of the show for the first three seasons will remember, the most romantic day of the year brings us Phil & Claire’s fantasy alter ego’s – the mysterious Julianna and the ‘smooth’ talking businessman Clive Bixby.  Let’s hope their attempts at a perfect Valentines date go well, though it can’t get worse than getting the wrong room key and laying naked in front of an elderly woman.

Haley’s new man
Well, it seems that Dylan may be long gone, as Haley (Sarah Hyland) brings home her new boyfriend to meet parents Phil & Claire.  As much as the loving parent’s had mixed feelings towards their daughter’s former beau, they are now faced with the fact their eldest is dating Kenny, a jeans designer twice her age!  Let’s hope Alex (Ariel Winter) doesn’t follow in Hayley’s footsteps

The Music of the Night
As a result of taking on a job as an Elementary School music teacher, larger-than-life Cam must deal with being away from his beloved daughter Lily (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons), making him resent his partner, Mitch.

Nonetheless, he takes the musical bull by the horns, and with the help of Luke (Nolan Gould), Manny (Rico Rodriguez), and the rest of his pupils, attempts to put on his own production of ‘The Phantom of the Opera’.
